Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-06-15
1. The Service
Aura (the "Service") is a software media player provided by XLNC AI GLOBAL PRIVATE LIMITED ("we", "us"). The Service connects to IPTV sources you have legally subscribed to and plays back the media that those sources deliver. We do not host, broadcast, or distribute any video content ourselves. Aura is analogous to a web browser or a generic media player like VLC — we move bits, we don't choose them.
2. Your responsibility
You are solely responsible for:
- The legality of your IPTV subscription in your jurisdiction.
- Compliance with your IPTV provider's terms of service.
- Any copyright, licensing, or broadcast laws that apply to the streams you choose to play.
- Ensuring that the device on which you install Aura is yours or that you have permission to install it.
We are not a party to your relationship with your IPTV provider or any rights-holder. We don't review or moderate the streams you play. If your provider goes offline, charges you, or behaves improperly, that's between you and them.
3. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted playback, compatibility with any specific provider, the availability of any feature, or that the Service will be free of defects. To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
4. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim. Aura is free, so for most users that amount is zero.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to stream content you are not authorized to access.
- Reverse-engineer or redistribute the Service in violation of its license.
- Interfere with the Service's normal operation, including by tampering with the deep-link signing flow.
6. Resellers
If you obtained Aura from a reseller, the reseller is responsible for your provider subscription and for the configuration deep link they sent you. We are not a party to your agreement with the reseller. Your use of the Service is governed by these Terms regardless of how you obtained it.
7. Termination
You can stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate the Service or any account at any time, with or without notice. On termination, the disclaimers and limitations in these Terms survive.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be noted in-app on the next launch. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in India.
